• You can cancel your order within 12 hours after we have received it.
• USED CD CANNOT BE RETURN, please ask any additional information to our customer service before you buy any of our used product
• New product can be returned, but it should be on original condition when you received it.
• If you received defective product and would like to returned to us, please confirm tou our customer service first. before sending to us. all returned product which send to us before confirmation would be ignore, and you will not get the refund.
• If we have stock, defective product will refund as replacement
• Buyer responsible for shipping cost when sent the defective product to us, and you will get the replacement at no additional cost
• If we out of stock about the defective product, we will offer you to choose the replacement with the equal price of the product, or you can ask for money refund.
• We will refund your payment, minus the shipping and handling fee.
