SHIPPING & HANDLING
We always try to ship within 48 hours of receiving the proper payment for your package. MOST orders ship out the day following payment. However, we DO NOT ship on Sunday OR Postal Holidays!

INDONESIA

• All Indonesian orders can be shipped via Pos Express or Tiki JNE. You can check the status of your package through www.tikijne.co.id or www.posindonesia.co.id
• All payment must clear before shipment, bank transfer from another bank than we have account should be clear on 2-3 day.
• Your Order should be arriving on 2-3 days from the shipment date, otherwise, you can contact us for further assistant.

INTERNATIONAL

• All International Orders ship via Air Mail, through Registered Mail Or EMS (Express Mail Service).
• PayPal eChecks must clear before shipping. eChecks from US Customers generally clear within 3 or 4 business days, sometimes longer. eChecks from International Customers may take 10 days or more. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information.
• All of International order will have tracking number (Registered or EMS), and unfortunately we are not responsible for the lost or damage during the shipment. Once they leave our office there is nothing we can do. Sometimes foreign orders get held up in customs, or returned to us because of address problems. Returned orders can be re-shipped, but if a foreign order does not come back to us we cannot compensate customers for lost orders. Foreign orders are at your own risk! • BowSound.com is NOT responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred on your shipment. You are responsible for paying these fees if required by your countries customs agents. Please check on your custom office before you buy from us.
• Foreign orders will take anywhere from 7-10 days to 2-4 weeks (sometimes longer) for delivery.
